How did children actually live 400 years ago?
The children in the third grade investigated this question. They visited "Knoblauch, Abakus, Himmelszelt. 1623 - a children's hands-on world" at kult! in Vreden. Here they were able to experience the lives of children from four different social classes. Touching and trying things out was expressly encouraged.
The children were also able to spin wool into thread themselves and discovered that this is quite laborious, at least by hand.
Unfortunately, it was then all too soon back to the year 2024 and back to Epe.
