The afternoon care
The association "Schülerbetreuung an der Georgschule Epe e. V." aims to provide childcare for children of working and/or single parents after school hours.
During the care time, the children are accompanied by the full-time caregivers. The children have the opportunity to play freely, do handicrafts or do their homework independently. Drinks, fruit, vegetables and pastries are available for the first small hunger.
On days when there are no classes, e.g. during conferences or similar, childcare is usually provided from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the rooms of the after-school care center.
During the first week of the Easter and fall vacations, as well as the first two weeks of the summer holidays, vacation care is offered for the ÜMI children. From 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the full-time caregivers organize a varied program with handicrafts, excursions and games, starting with a joint breakfast. Drinks and snacks are provided in between.
The cost is 11 € per child per day. Registration of the children is mandatory, as the number of participants is limited.
